It's a unwritten rule.What you focus on increases...
So if you focus on "not having the bad relationship", your brain may thinks about bad relationship to make sense of it.
You may try instead, to focus on what you want.
For example... having a happy, fun, full of joy relationship.
Simple, isn't it?
But...be aware...
Most people take a hit and miss approach when it comes to make a wishes.
So, remember. FOCUS.
Your health, relationships, finances, work and even your spiritual life
will benefit as you follow the rule...unwritten rule...

Top 3 Tips for a Happy Holiday
Last time I promised a post about motivation. As you know motivation is important But ...this morning, as the holidays rapidly approach, I'm aware that it can be quite a stressful time for people so I changed my mind.
So, this time, you can discover my top 3 tips for a happy, fun and relaxing life and holiday time, too
Let started, shell we...
1. Accept yourself exactly as you are
The truth is that many people keep telling as how we need to change ourselves. Change our lovers, wife, kids, our business partners and so on. But that's a big lie. You can instead accept yourself exactly as you are. Why? When you accept yourself exactly as you are, the magic start. Everything becomes easier. Your mind relax. Your body relax too. Go ahead...Try ... Say to yourself "I accept myself. I accept myself exactly as I am" and notice what happens.
There are two scenario...
First one is that some people immediately feel a sense of peace. When you have that feeling you can do everything.
The second one is that some people start experiencing discomfort, internal arguments...They have doubts..."I'll never get what I want if I accept myself as I am", but when you accept things as they are in this very moment, you may put yourself in the most powerful position...To make any changes you want. But permanent changes.
No matter what kind of scenario may happen to you, there is just one rule...Don't fight it ... Accept it ...
And say...
2. "Thank You"
Yes, it simple. Right? Say "thank you" to yourself and to your feelings. Don't fight them. That way, you'll become more aware of your feelings, feelings are messengers and you'll be more open to the information they've been trying to give you.
As you probably already know...What you resist persist, but ...what you accept melts away.
So , do it ...
Accept yourself exactly as you are...
Say thank you ...
And...
3. Say nice things to yourself
Most people saying means thing to others. And most people saying mean things to themselves. Internal voice is full of criticism. But...If criticism was going to work, it probably would have worked by now. Sometime even the mean things may have some useful informations. But often is quite opposite.
One things is for sure.
The happiest people say nice things to themselves. And the more they say the nice things to themselves, the more happier they becomes.
What are you saying to yourself?
Try it .. It cost you nothing...or just do it... and see for yourself.
